Parse the given buffer to extract HTML tags.

buffer_orig :

Buffer containing HTML code to proceed.

base :

HTML base tag.

Returns :

A GList of UCHTMLTag.

Create a new tag list node.

Returns :

A new allocated UCHTMLTag node.
