rte_bool rte_start	(	rte_context *	context,
		double	timestamp,
		rte_codec *	sync_ref,
		rte_bool	async
	)

Parameters:

	context	Initialized rte_context as returned by rte_context_new().
	timestamp	Start instant, pass 0.0 for now.
	sync_ref	Pass NULL.
	async	Pass TRUE.

Returns:

FALSE on error.
